We have confirmed that fraudulent emails are circulating which impersonate our Representative Director, Masaru Fukunaga. If you receive an email of the kind described below, please do not respond in any way and delete it promptly.

What these emails look like

They ask you to enter credit card details

They are written in English

They urge you to buy gift cards

They ask for your WhatsApp, phone number or other messaging contacts

Two sender addresses have been confirmed so far, listed below. Emails from these addresses have nothing to do with xCARE. Please delete them without opening.
